Namana, 8, and her family have been struggling to get enough food for the last few months. The families crops were destroyed by floods last year and right now all that her mother is able to feed Namana and her three sisters are the wild fruits and leaves she collects from the bush.

Mary, 14, was born in Sudan during the civil war between South Sudan and Sudan, and lived there until she was around nine years old when she, her mother and older brothers returned to their village in Aweil East county, Northern Bahr el Ghazal state.
Fatima, 16, arrived in Doro refugee camp in June 2012 after travelling for many weeks from her home in Sudan with little food, water or shelter. She is currently living in a single tent with her parents and her four sisters.
