Pneumonia is killing one child every hour in South Sudan

Pneumonia claimed the lives of 7,640 children under the age of five in South Sudan last year, or one child every hour, according to a new UN Inter-agency Group for Child Mortality analysis.

6,000 children reunited with families after years of separation in South Sudan

JUBA 17.04.2019 - Save the Children, UNICEF and partners have successfully reunited 6,000 children with their families after years of separation due to conflict. This is a milestone for the Family Tracing and Reunification (FTR) programme in South Sudan since the first reunification of 420 children in 2014.
