Save the Children is a leading international NGO dedicated to ensuring every child survives, learns, and is protected. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager – Collaborative Cash Delivery Platform to enhance cash and voucher assistance (CVA) operations in Sudan.
Role Purpose:
This role focuses on coordinating the Collaborative Cash Delivery (CCD) Network in Sudan. The manager will provide CVA expertise, lead inter-agency collaboration, and drive innovative approaches to improve efficiency, transparency, and scale in humanitarian cash programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate CCD platform setup and operationalization in Sudan.
- Convene member agencies, donors, and stakeholders to align priorities and promote collaboration.
- Lead strategy development, joint capacity-building initiatives, and innovative CVA solutions.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and quality standards.
- Represent CCD at local, national, and global levels to drive advocacy and resource mobilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in international development, social protection, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of field-based experience in CVA programming in fragile settings.
- Proven ability to lead inter-agency collaborations and manage complex projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data analysis software preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in modern CVA approaches and beneficiary data management.
- Experience working in Sudan or East Africa.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
Travel Requirement: Up to 50% in-country travel.
